If tanks are used to keep them from entering DC, it just means the line of siege is farther out.
If the siege is blocks from the capitol, a mile from the capitol, or 10 miles from the capitol, it can severely impact what goes in and out of that shithole. This can only happen if enough trucks and patriots in regular vehicles (no EVs in a protest such as this) show up.
