And the trucks can surround the tanks.

I can see those trucks going over the 4-mile long Chesapeake Bay Bridge. It would take hours to get them all across. But it would be a wonderful sight to behold. Then on to Wilmington!

I seem to remember that the “winter storm (insert name)” a few weeks ago the gridlock was so bad that people were ordering food delivery.
