To be honest, in relation to the Foster situation....his body was found within 1,000 ft of the second-owned upscale property of the Saudi Ambassador at the time (Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud). The property was bought about 3 or 4 months before Foster’s demise.
Foster was noted as the ‘go-to’ guy for favors within the Clinton Administration, so he may have failed on some special favor.
One of the old-timers here gave me a walking tour of Ft. Marcy Park in the old days.
We did not see any people at all in the park.
It looked like the Saudi Ambassador’s residence had cameras facing the park that may have been able to record the dumping of Foster’s body.
That would have been blackmail gold if it was Deep State types who dumped the body.
