The Target department store in downtown Seattle is being absolutely ravaged by shoplifters, with one staff member telling me theft happens “about every 10 minutes.” He wasn’t kidding.
On a recent trip to the store on 2nd Avenue and Pike Street, I saw staff confront two separate shoplifters within 12 minutes of one another. It’s so bad that it’s not just the Biden administration’s supply chain crisis creating the empty shelves. And it’s so dangerous that customers can now only buy some products online as they’ll likely get mugged on the way out of the store.
Homeless men and women flood the Target and steal what they can. In Seattle, they won’t get arrested, booked, or charged for most theft.
“For the safety of our guests the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles are only available for purchase on Target.com and Target App via Order Pickup and Drive Up,” the sign reads.

It should instead be called a city-wide “shopping spree.”
Close the store, Frasier won’t care.
All they’d have to do is shoot a couple of them and the thefts would miraculously stop.
Target has free TVs during riots, too.
No. It’s only out of control in certain urban areas.
Get away from the cities and things improve, at least for now.
Were they wearing masks? (double entendre)
Did they social distance?
Ditto for San Francisco.
And why Walgreens... “The cost of business and shoplifting led Walgreens to shut 17 locations in San Francisco in the past five years(with five more closing soon).”
And Target: “Target closing two San Francisco Bay area stores”
The Target in Seattle will close as well. The city council, mayor and DAs say it’s due to “poor sales” but the real reason is unrestrained shoplifting.
At the very least the poor slob should realize that factored into the price he is paying is the cost of the stolen goods.
We will always have segregation in the country (along class lines, if not racial) as long as normals expect people to pay for stuff and the Red mutants believe they are entitled to it.
This is the progressive utopia they voted for. Embrace the suck, Seattle.
Corporate is braindead? Can’t close the store?
Natural selection: it’s not just for critters. Target’s policies will be the death of Target.
Are you kidding?! the Homo Depot is every bit as far left as Target, if not more so. They are consistently a regular sponsor of sodomy "pride" parades in every city. They led the way among large corporations in same-sex partnership benefits and tranny "surgery" coverage before it was cool. They have scored 100% on the fascist HRC "Equality index" for forced homo-advocacy.
This is the way liberal governments force private companies to hand out welfare, saving them from raising taxes.
Jo Jo Xiden’s freeloaders are taking his “free stuff” promises seriously.
These reports of the blue cities getting ravaged are feel good stories. Im all warm and squishy inside when I read of their plight.
How are those bidirectional bathrooms working out for them?
Get away from the cities and things improve, at least for now.

I am away from the city and there’s still crime. Yes, some areas are “safer” than others but tolerance for criminal behavior in this country has affected everyone. Its effectively being legitimized.
Drugs, crime and violence are everywhere. Its something we and our families all live with and pay for — in a variety of ways.
It shouldn’t be this way. There has always been crime, but we are now living in an epidemic of it and it’s destroying society like a cancer.
Rob ‘em into bankruptcy for all I care.
If Target, or some other Woke company, encourages lawlessness and store policy is to let people take things without paying, then is it really stealing?
Taking things without paying is definitely hurting your neighbor through higher prices but if store owner policy is to normalize the taking, then I expect it to happen.
