That is the reason they want to expedite this nominee(???). they need to get it finished before the elections and they will not have the votes to get the idiot (??) confirmed.

Sure they will, unless the midterms are a complete wipeout. Romney, Murkowski, Collins, and Graham are not going anywhere.
I doubt we are picking up five seats in the Senate.
