Yea so the Dems are pretty sure they are going to lose the senate. Biden did promise to put a woman of color on the court, so I expect they will stay with that. Do they take an easy out, or try to strategically get Biden to nominate Harris, replace her with Hillary/Buttagieg, and then he retires next year? Oh what fun this is going to be.
