She is completely unhinged and belongs in a nice, comfy room with soft walls and an oversized shirt.

I guess someone never learned any self-control when they were a toddler. I can only imagine what apiece of work her parents were to let her run roughshod through life. They mast have been absolute terrors to the local schools, which would only be just payback.

Seems to me, not so much self-control as recognizing authority. She is the only authority in the universe.
