What is the point of all this testing besides running up the numbers of reported cases? Several months ago I had mild cold symptoms. Just in case it was a serious problem I had myself tested and was positive. That was it, no treatment or follow-up, just go home.

The common cold will often test positive. The tests are actually a fraud. But they do make things look much worse than they are. This allows the government to justify controlling everyone with mandates, and passports.
