President Joe Biden said today that any Russian troop movements across Ukraine’s border would constitute an invasion, saying that Moscow would “pay a heavy price” for such an action.
His stark warning to Russian President Vladimir Putin came in remarks from the White House and was another effort to clear up any confusion about the position of the U.S. and its NATO allies after Biden was heavily criticized Wednesday for saying a “minor incursion” by Russia would elicit a lesser response.

Why when I mention that before Tsarist Russia existed the land was held by the P/LC for almost 800 years you rushed to think I was advocating that at all?
Just no. I don’t want any of that.
Frankly, I’d say Germany and Biden gave Russia supremacy when they put in the Nordstream pipeline. We needed to leave NATO—or at least the European side, from that time.
New treaty with the Anglosphere is what I’d advocate. The US, UK, Canada and Australia (although they’re a question lately). Perhaps Japan, too.
