Can you even imagine growing up in the states with

Most kids would either be in fights about it, or learn to endure the teasing in silent fury.
Then there may be the unusual child who has figured out how the world works, and that kid decides to simply change that last name to ‘MidelFORD’ or something more generic.
Apparently Norwegian and she even has her own cosmetics line called Midelfart Cosmetics.
