It’s pointless for me to even try on sound bites and platitudes forum

But conservative republicans and democrats opposed kings aims as in civil rights largesse

And many also opposed his Holiday

Why because they knew the truth about him and feared what creating a victim class at the expense of others would wrought

And they were right

Read Reagan’s views on this and his words when he signed the holiday

so called conservatives latched on to King and demonizing my ancestors as Nazis to deflect charges of racism

Neoconservatives like former poster here Jonah Goldberg being a ring leader

Most freepers don’t like nuance much I admit that

Headlines and talk radio will do

This used to be a more curious forum but paradoxically it was more pure GOPe
