ev’s are not being charged at gas stations only.

Good luck with those road trips. I guess you have to stay in a hotel with a charging station every 300 miles.

EV apologists always make one flawed assumption, which is that everyone only uses their cars to commute or take short trips within cities. That’s east coast, urban corridor thinking. And please explain what happens after we eliminate “fossil fuels” and the next hurricane comes through Florida or the Gulf Coast, or an earthquake or major fire hits California. Power is typically out over huge areas for weeks after those events. Want to use a generator to get by? Oops, sorry, the EV enthusiasts decided FOR YOU that you can’t have fuel for those anymore. You say your EV battery is now dead because you needed to get around during the disaster? Gee, sorry about that, but if it makes you feel better I hear the electric ambulances, police cars, and fire engines died long before your car did, so at least there’s that. Which reminds me, you might want to be careful as you’re waiting in the dark to make sure you don’t stumble over anything and hurt yourself, given all the dead emergency “E-vehicles.”

Of course, if you do have a sudden medical emergency they could always send a helicopter for you. Might want to find out what that will cost first, though, because now that only aircraft and certain heavy vehicles that can’t be electrified use “fossil fuel”, the cost of that fuel has risen astronomically, along with the cost of thousands of everyday products that are manufactured from the hydrocarbons derived from it. It used to be a commodity, but now it’s a niche “boutique” fuel, and is priced accordingly.

Enjoy the brave new world!
