I read at some stations, customers are plugging in and then go shopping/eat only to find out another EV owner has unplugged their connection. I find that hilarious.

The nozzle can be locked in place. Only the owner and their key fob can release it (if the owner enables the locking, not to do so is lazy).

Maybe with the earlier models? I’d be po’d if I went shopping/dinner and come back to see it hadn’t charged.
