The reason why your metaphor doesn’t work, to go back to your original post, is that BLM, Antifa, deep staters, and democrat leaders don’t have to do anything like paying money to get their favored treatment. They pretty much don’t even need to ask for favored treatment. Just being a member of one of the protected groups is enough, and the benefit goes to those people whether they have wealth or not
