What about Hawaii?
Sky news is a good place to go for overseas news.
True. I rarely watch TV, but when I want to watch news, Sky is my go-to. They covered the debacle of our withdrawal from Afghanistan better than any US channel.
Thanks. I should have done it myself. I should really be in bed, I’ve been up all night, can’t sleep. Gonna go try, see you all later.😴
Yep and they report well on Trump...they like him.
LOL I should be trying to sleep, too. COVID has messed with my sleep pattern so I was up at 4 am.
Drat. I can’t seem to download the app for the Aussie Sky News, and Sky News UK is stuck on some Chinese spy in Parliament and some silly American woman whining about Ukraine. Numpty Brits. There’s a volcano and a tsunami, people!
There’s this on the youtubes FWIW:

Same here. Slept waaaayyy too much for a few days, then my sleep cycle backwards, now can’t sleep when I should.
Sweet dreams to you, and hope you are back to normal soon!
That they do! Do you know of an app for Sky Australia? Only the UK version seems to be available on my Fire Stick.
Hope your health gets back to normal soon, too
Dear God.
More on Aussie warnings, plus king of Tonga has been evacuated:
Thank you. For me, the worst has been a terrible backache. So weird. When I had Alpha in Feb 2020, it was all lower respiratory. Felt like I was drowning at times. Glad Omicron is not like that.
Evacuated to where, I wonder?
If he’s bugging out, nice guy.
I’m seeing reports in social media if wave heights between 1 to 3 meters.
On a flat island, even if injuries and deaths aren’t numerous, that much water is enough to ensure that potable water and sanitation are going to be major issues.
I think that is a Tidal Bore in China.
It will take a spectacular one, probably three times higher than this one, to cause cooling. Alternatively a very long eruption, weeks or months, like the Iceland volcano. But otherwise don't expect much.
“The Islands Business news site reported that a convoy of police and military troops evacuated Tonga’s King Tupou VI from his palace near the shore. He was among the many residents who headed for higher ground.”
You are right about the water situation. Very worrisome. The Ozzies and Kiwis usually come to the rescue in these situations. If that’s the case, they will surely fly in water purification supplies.
