Federal prosecutors allege that Mosby lied to falsely obtain a withdrawal from her savings account based on a policy related to the coronavirus pandemic. She is also accused of lying on a mortgage application for the home purchase.

Was the money 'withdrawn' from Mosby's retirement account, or did she get a loan from her retirement account? Cause I can't figure out how she lied on her mortgage app unless she borrowed some money and said that she hadn't.

Apparently she did not disclose all her liabilities ( like owing $45K in back taxes) and she was dumb enough to put her house under rental management before the loan even closed…after stating that she was purchasing the property as a 2d home for personal use
