I’m pretty sure it’s all healthcare organizations that receive federal money - meaning Medicare or Medicaid. So virtually all healthcare organizations.
Vastly more people work in the private sector than for the federal government.
Federal government workers are mostly far left activists anyway, who voted for Biden. They are going to have to suck it up.
What gives you that idea? Any facility that accepts Medicare and Medicaid is required to mandate vaccination for their workers. Whether that includes all workers or just those in contact with patients depends on how “health care worker” is defined under CMS. This is for hospital and non hospital settings.
EMS providers are already stretched thin. With this ruling people are going to have to queue for a 911 callback.

Most, if not all hospitals, have patients who have Medicare and/or medicaid - this includes private hospitals. I work for a company that does contract work with medical records for hospitals in the Northeast although many of us live in other states. Last go round, even the out-of-state never ever ever never see a patient employees were required to have the original vaxxes and a flu shot. We never even come in contact with other employees. We work from home all the time.
I am not happy about this ruling because I do NOT intend to be “boosted”. I am not sure how this ruling affects employees of hospitals or even contractors of hospitals that receive CMS (Medicare insurance reimbursements)? One of hospitals we contract with has mandated the booster by March 2022.
I await legal minds to decipher this for me.
Medicare is federally funded so maybe employees of any hospital that receives medicare reimbursements is held under the CMS mandate. After all, if one student attending a college receives a federal grant that college has to follow all fed rules.
I don’t think so, I think all employees of providers who accept reimbursement from the government for Medicare and Medicaid, which is 99.9 % of doctors and hospitals. No?
If you’re over 65 and forced to use Medicare, will you soon be forced to take experimental shots??
