INACCURATE NEWS ALERT!

As I understand it, the Supreme Court has NOT ruled on either case. It agreed to allow a mandatory stay. That means the court found that plaintiffs were likely enough to prevail that the greater harm would be caused by failing to issue a stay. Because the issue is so grave, the court ruling included quite a legal justification, but this justification could theoretically be outweighed by an argument as yet unheard.

well I know this for sure, it sure postponed Jen’s 3pm presser so someone can explain things to her in case a logical question slips thru.
