My criticisms that I levied on the Australian people apply in many American states. But they don’t apply at all to the state that I live in, Texas, which is a place far greater than any of the states in Australia. We ignore COVID. We are better than COVID.
Where is your shining light in Australia? You have no Texas. It’s just cesspool through and through.

We had very little restrictions where we live. The only problem is other states closed their borders, so we couldn't go anywhere. But we didn't have all those stupid rules like Victoria about not going outside and playing tennis, golf, etc. For example the schools were all in session, kids didn't wear masks, and there was no remote teaching. It was on and off with the masks inside, but not many people were wearing masks until this latest Omicron. Tasmania, South Australia and to some degree NSW, had much less restrictions than the rest of Australia. Australia actually had one of the lowest vaccination rates of developed countries until Omicron came along and scared a lot of people...now it is one of highest. I don't know exactly how free it is in Texas, but we have a niece teaching a university and she said they we all wearing mask, but then that is at a university. How crazy are they in Austin? Are vaccinations mandated or masks in aged care facilities? Now with all the cases here, we do now have to wear masks in places like hospitals. I know that mask have no effect and vaccinations do not prevent Covid. I think the vaccinations should be voluntary and children should not be vaccinated.

I see that MAGAthon sent you some excerpts from the Australia Spectator. I get that every week and is a great magazine. Unfortunately 2/3 of it is about the UK politics, but it still worth reading it. Rowan Dean is the editor and a fantastic commentator. If you can get Sky News Australia where you live on cable, and you are really interesting in Australia, he has the highest rated Sunday cable morning show, called “Outsiders”. If it is live in the USA, I guess it would be on sometime on Saturday.
https://www.skynews.com.au/opinion/outsiders Sky News Australia has some great conservative commentators like Dean, Rita Panahi, Peta Credlin, our favourite Andrew Bolt and Daisy Cousins. So if you can get Sky News Australia, you can see what all our issues are.
