When traditional vaccines are effective, they're wonderful - and that's what the general public are thinking. The mRNA approach targeted to a single viral protein (that, by the way, undergoes conformational changes - thus complicating antibody binding) was the fastest approach, but clearly not sufficiently effective - not to mention associated with sometimes lethal collateral effects.
Well I personally saw and heard enough about these shots right at the get go.....it was not hard to wait and see. It soon became apparent they didn’t know and repeatedly said so. More questions and the answers continued that they didn’t know.
Well today we do know many shots are not the answer. Further all this time they could have been developing treatments that will very slow coming.
