"90% of the leftists in California are migrants from places like [Texas] who moved here the last 20 years, but you already knew that, so please enjoy as your own garbage comes back home"

You need to substantiate that. Newsom was born in San Francisco and attended Redwood High School and graduated from Santa Clara University.

` Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis (D) graduated from Dartmouth College in 1989 and earned her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business in 1992.

Lets looks at legislature Dems.

President pro Tempore, Toni Gayle Atkins (D) spent her early years in Max Meadows, Virginia, and later came to San Diego, Majority Floor Leader, Senator William W. Monning (D) Place of Birth: Los Angeles, Calif.

Democratic Caucus Chair, Senator Connie M. Leyva (D) was raised in Chino, California,

Democratic Caucus Vice Chair, Senator Mike McGuire (D) was elected to the Healdsburg School Board in Sonoma County at age 19. He attended Sonoma State University in Secretary of the Senate, Daniel Alvarez (D) was born in San Diego

Speaker, Assembly Member Anthony Rendon (D) born on March 4, 1968[1] in Silver Lake,[2] a neighborhood in central Los Angeles.

Speaker pro Tempore, Assembly Member Kevin Mullin (D) attended public and Catholic elementary schools, graduated from Junípero Serra High School, received a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of San Francisco

Assistant Majority Floor Leader, Assembly Member Rob Bonta (D) immigrated with his family to California at just two months old, later moving north to Fair Oaks, a suburb of Sacramento

Majority Whip, Assembly Member Todd Gloria (D) is a third-generation resident of San Diego

And about twice as many ppl move from CA to TX than the opposite (map up to 2019): i https://kinder.rice.edu/urbanedge/2021/03/03/californians-moving-to-texas-covid-migration

It is hardly logical that Texans would move to CA unless they were attracted to an already liberal state. And they are:

Apr 27, 2021Texas was the most popular destination for ex-Californians between 2010 and 2019. During that time, nearly 700,000 Californians moved to Texas, ...
Moving companies keep records of inbound and outbound migration. ... to lowest volume order were: Florida, Texas, California, Arizona and North Carolina.

What you can make a case for is the those from CA are not mostly liberal.

When looking at where the movers to Texas came from, patterns emerge. Movers from other states were about 1 percent more likely to have voted for Trump than were natives, while movers from overseas favored Biden by 9 percent over natives. Among domestic migrants to Texas, Trump was most heavily favored by arrivals from the Mountain West, where Trump enjoyed a plus 13-point margin over the support of native Texans followed by the four-state region of Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee with a plus-8 advantage. Counterintuitively — at least among Texans with an opinion — the area with the third-highest support for Trump among movers was California, where movers were 5 percent more likely to have supported Trump than were natives.about 40 percent of Texans weren’t born in Texas, -

However,

about 35,000 to 40,000 Texans move to California every year, over twice as many leave CA for TX. And "more than 700,000 Californians have moved to the Lone Star state since 2008. It’s part of the reason historically bright red Texas has turned surprisingly purple in 2020." "While Barack Obama lost Texas by 16 points in his 2012 re-election bid, in 2016 Hillary Clinton closed that gap to single-digits. Two years later, Democrat Beto O’Rourke lost to incumbent Republican Senator Ted Cruz by less than three points."

As for me, I am one of the frozen chosen in MA, by the grace of God.
