“What you say may be true, but if I happen to have an adverse event, I’d like to be able to sue the company that made the concoction. Until we can sue them, it shouldn’t be mandatory. I wish the real truth about CoVid was something that we could discern. I don’t trust the media, and I don’t trust our government.”

If you ran into me with your car, I would sue you. And you would call your insurance company, and their lawyers would handle the case. I would hopefully get a check from your insurer.

Your insurance policy contractually requires you to let the insurance company handle claim processing.

I read of ~21,000 Covid vaccine death claims and but haven’t seen even one single pathology report proving (or even claiming to prove) an alleged association.

True, but being emergency use authorization, which was in effect when I got my first two doses in the Spring, if I had had an adverse event, I couldn’t have sued Moderna. That’s what the EUA forbids. You can’t sue them.

I’d like to be able to be given that choice the next time if I go for a booster.
