I hate what insanity has done to our country and to our girls, too.
What can shake us from this madness?
The late pastor Adrian Rogers is right. The 3 steps to human destruction are:
1. Willful Self-determinationThat’s his 3 step outline from his “The Lost World” sermon about Romans 1:18-31, which can be found on the Love Worth Finding website.
2. Wicked Self-deception
3. Woeful Self-Destruction
More often than not, if we do this, we humans get very willfully self-determined and wickedly self-deceived about sexual things first.
And, since humans can rationalize anything, especially pleasure, it’s pretty much downhill from there.
Bad enough on an individual level, but catastrophic on a societal level with both historical and Biblical examples to guide and instruct us.
What it takes to get out of this is a very uncomfortable conversation.
