Because Marxism is entirely based on a lie, the Left is forced to operates by a strategy of deceit. They can’t tell the truth about anything or the people would want none of it.
So they lie about everything. They lie about what their agenda is. They lie about what is happening in the world and what it means.
Most of all - they lie about who they are. They disguise themselves as the good guys. They disguise themselves as Republicans.
I don’t know why this would surprise anyone… of course they would call themselves Republicans.
We call them RINOs, but I really get the impression people keep expecting them to do the right thing and act like a true Republican.
I hate to pop anyone’s ballon, but a bunch of these RINOs are not just Republicans who have sold out or gone astray - they are LITERALLY RINOs. They are committed life-long Leftists - simply wearing a disguise.
There is no shame in being fooled by a liar once. Unless you can read minds, it’s impossible to know if someone is lying. If we get fooled twice - shame on us.
I think we should stop kicking ourselves for past mistakes and just try and do a better job of of identifying truth-tellers in the future.
I voted for Romney in 2012 - but that’s not on me - I did nothing wrong - he is the one that lied - not me.
I’m just going to try and do a better job of predicting who is honest and who is not - and keep a better list of who has betrayed us already.

Very true. Politics is nothing but a career for most of them. If you live in a super conservative area of Texas or Arizona, you cannot get the job by being a democrat. So you say a few republican sounding things, and then do what you want once in DC. The GOP shuck and jive covers you. There are LOTS of republicans that would have been pleased to hold office as a democrat if they happened to live in a place like Illinois, Maryland, New York, etc.
