Any idea when the Court will act? Right now the Mandate is in place. Waiting to issue a decision invalidates the entire reason for hearing the case in an emergency session
It should be quickly. The mandate starts Monday. Justice Alito floated the idea of an administrative stay to give the court more time to decide. If they go that route, that should happen before Monday.
