Very true...but its dimming and brightening since 2019 has made some think it’s approaching. Of course at 430 ly distance, it has already taken place...or not! Apparently, its size and brightness means that it is burning through its internal fuel very rapidly...in celestial terms.
I won’t be sitting outside in my lawn chair waiting for the show, however/
