Here's a picture of the State Farm Arena at night:
The room where the absentee ballots were being counted is on the 2nd floor towards left side of the image -- the one with the two dark triangles near the top on either side. Also note that the ballot counting machines were located directly next to the large window on the adjacent side facing the small park with the line of (Italian cypress?) trees. At night anyone driving or walking around in that area would have been able to see that people were still in the room and that there was ongoing activity. Now ask yourself, does it seem likely these people would have attempted election fraud, a very serious federal crime, while in pretty much plain view? To me, it seems highly implausible.
Are you seriously saying because the room had windows and there are election laws, no one would attempt election fraud there? Were I in charge of the operation, I would want both partisans present in the room, when counting votes.
