As they were during the Obozo administration. Bill Clinton also used the FBI and IRS as attack dogs against woman accusing him of sexual crimes.
So, I would say the FBI, DOJ, BATF, CIA, NSA, IRS have been politicized and weaponized against conservatives and those who dissent against leftist agenda.

This is what bothers me:
I don’t know how long the decent into corruption in the FBI has been going on, but since, for the first time, I have been paying attention to the agency... I have watched when Robert Mueller was the Director, and I knew that something was very wrong.
The blatant disregard for the Law is shocking and since President Trump entered office, the problem has become worse.
Why is that?\
Being surrounded by scandals, the FBI had a real readjustment to do.
When Christopher Wray was being confirmed, I had hopes that things would change. By the end of his confirmation hearing, I was convinced Wray was NOT the guy who would help.
This man, Christopher Wray had THE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT THE PERVASIVE DISREGARD FOR THE LAW AND do the best he could to make things “right and proper.”
Well, Wray could have done some GOOD and he decided he would not only leave the misbehavior alone, but also MAKE IT WORSE.
There are moments in history that produce heroes, who see events and decide...either I help...or I make things worsel
Mr. Wray chose the latter. And that’s a shame.

I know all this. I went to school when they actually taught history; and I also read a lot. Just because they organized it the way they did, doesn’t mean we must also. I stand by my characterization.
DOJ, DHS... In fact the DOJ gives orders to the FBI.
The FBI are the deep-state’s enforcers; Biden is merely their figurehead.
