A California deputy district attorney and rising Republican star who slammed vaccine mandates a month ago at a Turning Point USA rally has died from complications of the virus.
Kelly Ernby, 46, died this week after contracting the virus. It is unclear whether or not she was vaccinated.
She spoke at a rally against COVID vaccine mandates at the Irvine City Hall on December 4.

Apparantly you never read the link I posted why Uk and Europe stats show vaccinated dying at greater numbers though in reality per capita the unvaccinated are dying in greater numbers because most people are vaccinated in the UK and Europe.

From what I last heard, minorities are not taking the jab. Is there a trend with minorities dying from Covid that are unvaccinated? Haven’t see any news stories saying minorities are dropping like flies from Covid. Have you?

That’s a foolish argument because it by default exposes vaccine failure. Vaccinated people should not be getting covid, should not be going to the hospital with covid, and should not be dying from covid. That should not be happening at all.
She was a deputy DA which means the vax was forced on her, she DID NOT die of the virus BANK ON IT!!!
Deaths due to Covid data remain somewhat controversial. Even Fauci recently drew the distinction between being hospitalized with Covid and from Covid. That same distinction applies to deaths as well.
The overwhelming number of deaths have occurred in those over 65. 596,339 of the 797,503 deaths or 75% of the total deaths during the period Jan 1, 2020 to Dec 15, 2021 have been 65 or older. 26% age 85 or older and 52% age 75 and older. Those 65 years and over: 16.85% of the total population who account for 75% of the deaths.
Life expectancy at birth in the US is 80.43 years--78.18 for males and 82.65 for females. The question remains is how many of these deaths in the elderly were really caused by Covid? How effective is the vax really? As we assemble more and more data, we may be surprised about the role of the vax in the US compared to other countries that didn't have a highly vaccinated populace. Lots of variables including the age structure of the countries.
There was a 2011 study that discussed Lengths of Stay for Older Adults Residing in Nursing Homes at the End of Life long before Covid. Some rather interesting findings, especially given the number of deaths that occurred in nursing homes as a percentage of the total deaths.
Death has become institutionalized over the last 100 years. Today, 25% of all deaths in the nation occur in nursing homes and the proportion of all deaths that occur in these settings continues to rise. By the year 2020, an estimated 40% of Americans will die in a nursing home.
The mean length of stay among decedents was 13.7 months; however, this was explained by a relatively small number of subjects with long lengths of stay. The median length of stay was only 5 months (IQR 1-20). The majority of residents had short lengths of stay, 65% percent of decedents had lengths of stay of less than one year, and over 53% died within 6 months of admission.
Bottom line is that most of these nursing home deaths would have occurred with or without Covid. How much additional life is the vax really saving? It will be useful to learn the number of excess deaths once the pandemic/endemic is officially over.

Sounds like you were a good candidate for the vax and it’s helping you with covid.
Not arguing, but since you sound very sure about your reasoning, can you summarize why you think it’s a good idea to abandon civil liberties and coerce mass, worldwide jabs of a rushed vaccine on healthy people (esp children) who have very little risk from the disease itself?
Also, do you think the vax campaign after 1 year is having the desired effect since the case rate and number of cases is higher than ever, far exceeding previous peaks?
I don’t know. Someone posted another source of the story and apparently, the husband is denying that she got vaxxed. But being in CA, shots in government is mandatory isn’t it?
