The purpose of these sorts of statements coming out of the EU is specifically to nudge the European public to 1) accept the so-called “green pass” for medical reasons, then 2) add "climate change" requirements for individuals, such as use and purchase and scaling back of fuel use, and then link all to 3) banking so as to corral individuals into the collective by nudging and then by force.
