The greatest mystery in this whole mess is why Maxwell was living in the United States, the only country that would have sent her to jail. She could have lived openly in France, for example. But she chose New Hampshire. It’s all too weird.
I agree. Why stay in the USA when you had the means to move somewhere else with no extradition to the US.
Why not move to Ecuador or some other country that would tell the Feds to go pound sand.
FYI, a friend’s family used to have a lake house in Bradford, NH where she was living. It is a small town with a population of 1650.
