The House of Representatives has passed a bill which seeks to eradicate blasphemy against Islam. The bill, H.R. 5665, is truly remarkable as it amounts to Congress making a law respecting the establishment of Islam and reducing the United States government into a tool of the world’s ayatollahs.
The actual text of the bill not only seeks to eradicate blasphemy against Islam around the world – and solely against Islam at that – but even requires the federal government to reorganize some portions of the State Department along the lines of an Islamic religious institution which will be responsible for interpreting the Quran. For example, the text of the bill mandates that “[t]he Secretary of State shall establish within the Department of State an Office” and the “purpose” of the office is described as “[m]onitoring and combating acts of Islamophobia and Islamophobic incitement that occur in foreign countries.” That is, the State Department is required to create an office which is a cross between George Orwell’s Big Brother and the Taliban.
The word ‘combat’ in the text of the law is problematic but fits in perfectly with the concept of waging violent jihad against the countries deemed to have committed blasphemy against Islam. Almost every dictionary defines the word primarily as an action pertaining to war. While the internet firm Google’s dictionary defines 'combat’ as “fighting between armed forces,” Cambridge Dictionary defines the word as “a fight, especially during a war.” According to Collins Dictionary, “combat is fighting that takes place in a war.” This is no hyperbole as the State Department has a long history of supporting Islamic terrorists such as Osama bin Laden, the Taliban, Al Qaeda and the ISIS.

All in the name of “progress”. It’s amazing how, even with all our knowledge and technology, the human spirit hasn’t improved one bit - we’re all still tempted by the same sins and those that enjoy living that way still hate Christ.
You’re right about it being instinctive - as Islam is the opposite of Christianity in terms of what defines “good”. They can’t articulate why but can instinctively see it and are drawn to it.
There’s no way this passes but that anyone would even attempt to is astonishing.
Too bad they cant read:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
This has nothing to do with being foolish or dumb.
The naive and foolish are those who believe Congress is foolish and dumb.
This is nothing less than total pre-meditated subversion and conquering of the United States, and globalist totalitarian control and enslavement over every person, by what is essentially a genocidal globalist politburo.
The real fools (and bigger enemy), are those who knowingly let it happen for the sake of paychecks, retirement checks, and selfish short term peace, knowing they have condemned their descendants and country.

We really need a media outlet that will do nothing but re-play clips of what these scumbags said back then - that is so obviously coming to pass right now.
I guess if they want to get rid of the 1st amendment, maybe they should require background checks, red flag laws, and so forth before anyone can speak. And how about we remove special laws and protection for “the press”, which is meaningless anymore anyway.
The lefts standard operations is to pass bills, and create laws they want, regardless of the Constitution. They see it is ‘their turn’ to do so once in office rather than abiding by any restraints.
Simple Rules of Engagement with Muslims -
If Infidels are present, Sunni with unite with Shi’a sects to enslave (physical, sex, monetary), convert, and annihilate all Infidels.
If no Infidels present, Sunni will turn against Shi’a until one or the other is enslaved or annihilated.
The rising population of Muslims over 1200 years shows the effectiveness of their tactics.
That’s why Trump will eventually be persecuted into bankruptcy. I’ll bet you dollars to donuts that Trump’s new social empire will be regulated/persecuted to oblivion as well.
Apparently its not blasphemy if its against Christians or Jews. 🤔
As a Christian, I do not respect the Muslim religion. I do not believe “Allah” is the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob. At one time maybe before Muhammad but somewhere along the way they started worshipping a god of war and terror. When Abraham exiled Ishmael and his mother Hagar into the desert, God saved them by providing a spring of water and told Hagar that through Ishmael’s seed would rise a mighty nation. I believe this nation was the Arab people, not the Muslim religion. I will not honor or stand in agreement with any call to prayer or Muslim statement of faith. I guess there will come a time when it’s in my face and to not agree with or respect the Muslim edict required of me, will be punishable by death. I will have to say no and will likely have my head chopped off but before I go, I’m sure the Holy Spirit will utter through me a scathing rebuke of those present.
It’s not stupidity. It’s brazenness. They know they can get away with it.
That makes us the stupid ones for not putting a severe stop to this.
The last section of the bill is interesting:
SEC. 4. PROHIBITION.
No funds made available pursuant to this Act or an amendment made by this Act may be used to promote or endorse a Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement ideology or used to promote or endorse a Muslim ban, such as the one instituted by former President Trump.
It is brazenness.
They have not got away with it yet.
Who were the 2 Democrats?
Unconstitutional on its very premise. Judging blasphemy is inherently a religious standard and exercise.
By Islam’s standards, you can’t even debate.

Meh. Standard virtue signaling by the left. Its probably DOA in the senate unless, of course, a few of our favorites decide to “reach across the aisle in a spirit of cooperation and bipartisanship.”
