After watching the video several times....I would suggest that she’s medicated on some stuff. She seems fixated and drawn to this confrontation.

A friend said Patricia/Karen has an anxiety disorder and didn’t take her meds before the flight.
I heard that the Karen was up waltzing around without her mask and she got angry because the drink cart was in her way, blocking her way to get back to her seat.
The flight attenent asked her to take an empty seat till he was done.
Karen quipped who do I look like, Rosa Parks?
That’s when the elderly man said something like you aren’t black, this isn’t a bus, and you are no Rosa Parks.
This really set her off and she attacked him.
