Well true, but your generic pharmacist at the drug store down the street doesn’t take the time to check all those data sources and then decide you get a different vial than normal. And if every pharmacist was doing this, they would have long ago made an issue of it.
It’s the usual problem with conspiracies. Too many involved ends the conspiracy.
