Justice on Daunte Wright was served. Justice for Kim Potter was not. It was an accident, pure and simple.

As just plain old “citizens”, we are damned if we do and damned if we don’t. Meaning, if we prosecute cops for stupid mistakes (like Kim Potters) that kill somebody we run the risk of having no cops.
If we just let the cops run wild, they WILL.
Not saying she shouldn’t be punished but the crime doesn’t fit the punishment.
Manslaughter is the unjustifiable, inexcusable, and intentional killing of a human being without deliberation, premeditation, and malice.
That did not happen.
