No. But I also would not put a cop in the position to be making split second decisions under stress and fear. When was the last time you were in a fight?
How do you prejudge that in an applicant? How do you prejudge that in anyone?
How many Vietnam vets do you know who emptied their magazines in their first fire fight then thought their rifle had jammed only to be saved by their squad leader who came to their rescue and pointed out their ignorance and gave them a fresh magazine?
