I’ve been feeling similarly, and am mad as hell those peaceful protesters on Jan 6 were thrown under the bus and left to languish in jail under deplorable conditions. They were there for Trump, and for all intent and purposes he has abandoned them. Little by little he has been losing my support. He was happy to sign the ridiculously bloated Cares Act among other socialistic policies.
He was the right man for his time, but in my opinion that time has past. And unlike the last few elections we now have a viable alternative with DeSantis, who on many levels is a superior candidate to Trump. And who has a better chance of winning with less drama.
De Santis's wife is battling breast cancer, and he has young children. A lot can happen in the next two years. I'm done with the GOP, and voting until voter fraud is totally eliminated. I live in New York State, so it's not as if my vote counts anyway.
