Oh, man. Well, if SCROTUS gives it to them, the game is up.
Then again... maybe a convention of states before things have to go sideways?
If SCOTUS gives Federal Agencies the ability to force medical care (i.e NAZIS and forced sterilization etc..) on citizens as a condition to work, it will take a Convention of States or worse. Red States will have to disconnect from OSHA and set their own standards. That could setup a broader fight over States rights vs the Feds. I read an article that States sign on to OSHA Standards and receive Federal funds. But can they refuse to follow OSHA Standards, give up the Federal funds and set their own work place safety standards?
