You are dreaming. Hispanics still vastly prefer Democrats to GOP and will as long the GOP even fakes its current platform. Now maybe you prefer a Romney type open borders Republican and I can see them swinging Hispanics to a name in only GOP in the distant future.
Biden is not on the ballot. His approval rating is near irrelevant. There is a traditional swing to the so-called opposition party in the midterms and it wouldn’t be a surprise should the useless GOP benefit from that historical trend.
