FYI, the increasingly close military alliance between Russia and China goes back to the days of Bill Clinton’s ChinaGate scandal of the late 1990s, where he was caught literally “red-handed” passing along sophisticated weapons technology to Communist China. This included our (America’s) nuclear weapons secrets and advanced missile guidance technology. Russia and China soon after agreed to go about establishing a “new international order”. They’ve been conducting large-scale joint war games since 2005 in several key locations around the world.

In foreign policy it’s critical to ‘know thine enemy.’ So American policymakers should be aware that Russia and China are inching closer to identifying a common enemy - the United States.
The two would-be superpowers held unprecedented joint military exercises Aug. 18-25 [2005]. Soothingly named ‘Peace Mission 2005,’ the drills took place on the Shandong peninsula on the Yellow Sea, and included nearly 10,000 troops. Russian long-range bombers, the army, navy, air force, marine, airborne and logistics units from both countries were also involved.
Moscow and Beijing claim the maneuvers were aimed at combating terrorism, extremism and separatism (the last a veiled reference to Taiwan), but it’s clear they were an attempt to counter-balance American military might. ...”

First Russia-China naval war games underway in Mediterranean

See Russia and China launch joint military drills

MOSCOW — Russia’s defense minister on Friday hailed joint war games with China this week [Aug 2021] as a sign of increasingly close military cooperation that should expand further.
Sergei Shoigu flew to China to attend the drills that wrapped up Friday in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
“We have achieved a high level of cooperation between our militaries on land, in the air and at sea,” Shoigu said during a meeting with his Chinese counterpart, “Expanding it is an important part of our future activities.”
The Russian military sent several Su-30SM fighters and a motorized infantry unit to take part in the maneuvers.
Shoigu noted that the exercise marked the first time that Russian troops had taken part in joint drills on the territory of China, adding that it reflected a “new level” of military cooperation, to the benefit of regional and global stability. ...”
We've pushed the Russians into the arms of the Chinese with the endless sanctions and aggression we've shown toward them.
Russia could be a tremendous ally and aid is us in counterbalancing China. But, our policies have prevent us from even having civil relations with them.
Knowingly or not, you're on board with an insane foreign policy toward Russia that has aggressively been pushed by Obama, Biden and George Soros.
Notice we didn't have this sort of tension with Russia under Trump.
