If the OSHA enforced mandate is allowed to stand then OSHA will be used to circumvent Congress to regulate and stifle business in many more ways.
problem, of course, is that Justices are not accountable once on the Court and the y get tempted to manipulate things to meet their own secret desires or to secure a large outside income or to avoid their loved ones being the victims of odd accidents.
