Sad to say, Putin’s position is reasonable, whereas our (or should I say Hillary Clinton’s, since she and Victoria Nuland started us down this road) is provocative. Eastern Europe is not part of the North Atlantic World. Bringing Ukraine into NATO will destroy it. If we had someone to handle things who wasn’t ignorant, weak, corrupt, and/or demented, this situation could be resolved through tough diplomacy. Instead, people will die. FJB
