I have no faith that the SC will do the right thing. Look at how many other cases like this they've refused to take on. We're being betrayed by the legal system.
One of the dumbest presumptions in conservative circles is the presumption that “Republican” and “principled conservative Constitutionalist” are synonymous.

I feel the same way.
Everyday the body of evidence concerning vax effectiveness and safety takes a hit. Debate swirling that they do nothing for the variant. Reality is winning the day. Many that have already submitted will draw a line and say no more. Personal injury lawyers are surely licking their chops to hang liability on large wealthy corporations. I have no hard data but on a personal level I know of damn near as many who have fallen to the vax as have fallen to the virus.
Keep the faith.
