They can do all that; but I don’t think that the big deal CONVENTIONS or the MONEY TOURISTS are coming back very soon.
The conventions and tourism brought 100’s of millions of dollars into that shithole of a city, BUT THE WORD GETS AROUND, and the people with the real money stop coming.
