It’s pretty much a dystopian society reminiscent of Running Man, Escape from NY and Blade Runner. I was stationed 3 times in the Bay Area, once in the 70s once in the 80s and once in the 90s. Loved the place but wouldn’t want to be there now.
My three favorite US cities for food used to be New Orleans, New York and San Francisco. I still go to New Orleans. Not those other two cesspools
