She’s the mayor of murder city. That’s how the “boss” is.
The problem with most cities is the corrupt system is okay with, actually prefers, crazy and or inept people (dims) like her being mayor..if they have a little something on them.. even better
They can carry on with their crooked business as usual.
Unfortunately the crooks have gone nationwide and some have gone worldwide.
