I clicked through a rerun of today’s MTP. I kid you not, what was once a news program runs multiple headlines under the guests that say things like “Republican Candidates Repeat Trump’s Big Lie. “

Then after insisting questioning the 2020 election is a threat to democracy, the topic and headline became “Is Trump Planning To Steal The 2024 Election?”.

They showed no hint of recognizing the hypocrisy.

I have absolutely zero doubt that their reaction had Trump been certified as the winner would have made January 6 look like a high school car wash.

And the media would have been excusing/justifying it with "this is what happens when you subvert democracy."

It is like their hypocrisy in calling conservatives ignorant and antiscience as they claim the title “The Party of Science” for themselves, all while arguing in support of making voting compulsory or at least much easier for the stupid.
