In a normal, rational world, you would be right. But there are so many back stabbing, sniveling sellout traitors in the courts that your statement comes with holding ones breath and hoping what you wrote comes true.
You know... something that would allow a regular person to sue their government when they caused some harm...
Maybe if a state or two that had a lot of businesses killed with the lock down BS had a law permitting private suits against the Federal Government in State courts...
