Ted Kennedy said that if Reagan signed the immigration bill that it would be capped from that point on. Hence, we have a train wreck of an immigration situation. One from SoCal should know as well as anyone, what giving the Left ANYTHING accomplishes.

Republican’s, being outnumbered as they are, will jump up and down, throw a temper tantrum, and draft a sternly worded letter.
