Yes! Moving in the right direction. Let’s get some momentum on this issue and remove sanctioned murder as a “right”.

Why don’t they just stop the pretence that Roberts is a “conservative” justice? He’s gone way past Kennedy into full Souter.

This SCOTUS creep was appointed by George effing W Bush directly to the Chief Chair.
I hope the rumors of his purchasing “adopting” the kidnapped children are revealed as true so that he can experience his just desserts.
I feel for the kids that may have been “purchased” but confirmation and exposure of such in the years ahead could force this creep to step down.

empowers private citizens to sue, for at least $10,000, anyone who “aids or abets” an abortion?

Yes, that was the brilliant part of the Texas law, enabling it to survive through appeals and now the Supreme Court.
It allows the people to have a say.
Some people in Texas were wearing their smart hats. They foresaw what would come.

Will this have any effect on dobbs vs jackson women’s health? It seemed that Roberts was onboard on that one.

My FRiend, when states pass laws giving standing to those who have no standing we are on a slippery slope indeed.
We can expect in the future that laws like this will enable strangers to sue for damages if you or I preach Christianity.
Count on it.

If the law is constitutional, than how can they sue? Sounds like a punt.
